What does the report include?
Each candidate report includes skill scores by category, a CV summary and analysis, strengths and weaknesses, and a clear hiring recommendation (strong fit / potential / not recommended).
Can I change the generated questions?
Yes. After the assessment is generated, you can review every question and regenerate any one you're not satisfied with before publishing it to candidates.
What languages are supported?
Assessments can be created in English, French, and Spanish. Questions are generated natively in the selected language.
Do candidates need an account?
No. Candidates click the assessment link, enter their email, and start. Works on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile.
Is candidate data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Candidate data is only accessible to the recruiter who created the assessment. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. ISMNS uses a pay-as-you-go model. You only pay per candidate pack — no recurring fees, no long-term commitments. Use it only when you need it.
How does the refund policy work?
If no candidates have started the assessment, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a candidate begins a test (Skills Test or AI Interview), the slot is consumed — AI processing costs are incurred immediately — and no refund or credit is issued for that slot. For technical issues, we replace the affected slot at no additional cost. See our Terms of Service for full details.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details on our servers. All transactions use HTTPS encryption.
