What does the report include?

Each candidate report includes skill scores by category, a CV summary and analysis, strengths and weaknesses, and a clear hiring recommendation (strong fit / potential / not recommended). In AI Interview mode, the report also includes soft skills evaluation (communication, reasoning, clarity) and conversation insights.

What's the difference between Skills Test and AI Interview?

Skills Test mode generates multiple-choice questions to test hard skills. AI Interview mode conducts a real-time conversational interview where the AI adapts questions based on the candidate's CV and answers — testing both technical and soft skills.

Can I change the generated questions?

Yes. After the assessment is generated, you can review every question and regenerate any one you're not satisfied with before publishing it to candidates. Each question can be regenerated once.

What languages are supported?

Assessments can be created in English, French, and Spanish. Questions and reports are generated natively in the selected language.

Do candidates need an account?

No. Candidates click the assessment link, enter their email, and start. Works on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Is candidate data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Candidate CVs are stored in the European Union (AWS Stockholm). Candidate data is only accessible to the recruiter who created the assessment. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. ISMNS uses a pay-as-you-go model. You only pay per candidate pack — no recurring fees, no long-term commitments. Use it only when you need it.

How does the refund policy work?

If no candidates have started the assessment, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a candidate begins a test (Skills Test or AI Interview), the slot is consumed — AI processing costs are incurred immediately — and no refund or credit is issued for that slot. For technical issues, we replace the affected slot at no additional cost. See our Terms of Service for full details.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details on our servers. All transactions use HTTPS encryption.
