Refund Policy
- • Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no candidate has started the assessment.
- • Once any candidate starts, the pack is consumed — AI processing costs are incurred immediately — and is no longer refundable.
- • Technical issues: if a failure on our side prevents a candidate from completing an assessment, we replace the affected slot at no cost.
