What's included per candidate
- • A skills assessment tailored to your job description (available in English, French, and Spanish)
- • A unique test link — no account needed for candidates
- • A detailed report: skill scores, CV analysis, strengths/weaknesses, and a hiring recommendation
- • Candidate profile: availability, salary expectations, notice period, and location
- • Payments processed securely through Stripe — no credit card data stored on our servers
Refund Policy
- • Unused packs: Refund available within 7 days if zero candidates have started the assessment.
- • Once a candidate starts: Slots are consumed immediately (AI processing costs are incurred). No refunds for consumed slots.
- • Partially used packs: No refunds, no pro-rata credits. Remaining slots stay available for use.
- • Technical issues: We replace the affected slot at no cost — no cash refunds.
